Director of Refugees Reception Centre visited Municipality of Elektrėnai

On the 21 of April the Minister of Social defence and labour Vilija Blinkevičiūtė, the director of Social Services monitoring department Aivydas Keršulis, the director of the Refugees reception centre Algimantas Dieninis and etc. visited the municipality of Elektrėnai.

The Minister thanked to the Mayor, to the common council and to the social workers of the municipality for their attention developing social work and for their help in the integration of the refugees in Lithuania. The family of refugees from Chechnya opened a small bakery of their national makings. State support for opening the business and for the equipment of the bakery was given from the fund assigned for the social integration of the foreigners granted asylum in the Republic of Lithuania.

Afterwards the guests visited the bakery.
