The support for the integration in the municipality is provided until 12 months since the departure of the foreigners granted asylum from the Refugees Reception Center, but not longer than the expiry of the residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania or until the departure from the Republic of Lithuania.

The institution, implementing integration, made a contract with the Refugees Reception Center regarding providing the support for the integration, makes a contract with a foreigner (family) granted asylum where the rights, the duties, the responsibilities and the duration are defined.

If during the determined time the vulnerable groups have not implemented the integration, the duration can be prolonged according to the decision of the commission formed according to the decree of the Secretary of the State of the Ministry of Social Security and Labor but not longer than the expiry of the residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania. The total period of the integration in the Center and in the municipality can be not longer than 60 months.

The resources for the institutions implementing integration of the foreigners granted asylum are provided according to the need for the different means:

• onetime settlement allowance;

• the allowance for the rent of the living place, heating of the living place, cold and hot water, gas, electricity, other utilities;

• the allowance for the necessary needs;

• the Lithuanian language training;

• the allowance for the school-aged children for the school things;

• the support for pre-school children’s education in the kindergarten;

• the allowance for the children under 3 years old, if they don’t attend kindergarten;

• the health insurance;

• the support for the administration of the integration;

• the other integration means.

Continuing the support the resources can be provided for the implementation of the separated means:

- until 80 percent of the resources foresees in the Description of the Order, if the time of the support in the municipality is from 12 until 24 months;

- until 70 percent of the resources foresees in the Description of the Order, if the time of the support in the municipality is from 24 until 36 months;

- until 60 percent of the resources foresees in the Description of the Order, if the time of the support in the municipality is from 36 until 48 months;

- until 50 percent of the resources foresees in the Description of the Order, if the time of the support in the municipality is from 48 until 60 months.

Continuing the support the amount of the resources is not used for:

- the allowance for the children under 3 years old, if they don’t attend kindergarten;

- the support for pre-school children’s education in the kindergarten;

- the allowance for the school-aged children for the school things;

- the health insurance;

- the childbirth benefit;

- the death benefit
